FiestaPaper is an IPG Flexo’s brand. IPG Flexo was established in 1996 and has become a leader in packaging solutions and corporate packaging in Spain.

We also manufacture gift wrapping paper and paper bags. We have even created our own brand “Fiestapaper” in order to market our gift wrapping paper and paper bags not only in Spain but also across Europe.

How can I place an order?

It is very simple. You just have to select the product by using the “ADD TO SHOPPING CART” button. Once you have added all the products to the shopping cart, you have to click in the shopping cart and "Confirm purchase order" and follow the steps showed on screen. You will not take longer than 5 minutes to go through the process.  Once it has been submitted, we start working for you to have the order delivered to you within 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on the kind of shipment.

 Do you deliver anywhere?

We deliver anywhere within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), Balearic and Canary Islands.  

Should you like to place an order outside the above mentioned areas, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How much is the shipment?

It depends on the order:


  • If your order is lower or equal to 50€, transport price is 10.00€.
  • If your order is higher than 50€, transport price is FREE OF CHARGE.



  • There is a fixed transport cost of 30€, regardless volume.

How long does it take to have the order delivered?

It depends on where it has to be delivered to.

  • SPAIN (except for Islands): once order has been confirmed, it may take between 24-48 hours to be delivered to your place. 
  • PORTUGAL, BALEARIC AND CANARY ISLANDS: once order has been confirmed, it may take between 48-72 hours to be delivered to your place.

What happens if I am not at home when the order is delivered? 

In these cases, it is very important to provide a telephone number so that the transport company can contact you and arrange the best time for delivery. 

You also have the option of providing us with a different delivery address when placing the order.

Can I change or return the items purchased via your web page?

Yes, of course. To return any item, you only have to contact us via the above mentioned ways within 7 natural days since you received the order. You are advised to be aware of the following terms: 

The guarantee of products sold by Fiesta Paper is entirely set and provided by the manufacturer of such products as long as they are used, handled and preserved correctly. Should the products purchased from Fiesta Paper be faulty, manufacturer would be the only one to be held liable for it. In that case, goods shall be replaced without a cost to the customer and we would negotiate refund with manufacturer.

Damages occurred during transportation shall be borne by transport company. Customer has 24h to make a complaint once goods are received and damage in packaging is detected. If the result of complaint is favorable to customer, we would deal with transport company so that goods are replaced without a cost and refund is made. 

Fiesta Paper shall not be liable for any item that is not compatible with customer’s conception of such an item, as long as product specifications were clearly stated. 

If customer wishes to exchange the product, he/she must inform Fiesta Paper within 7 natural days from receipt of goods via any of the above mentioned options.  Order shall be returned to Fiesta Paper at customer’s expense and delivered together with the invoice issued by Fiesta Paper.  Transport cost of returning goods shall always be borne by customer who shall contact Fiesta Paper before returning any item. The company will or will not authorize the consignment and will inform customer about the delivery address. Should the product returned show any damage, customer would be held responsible for any repair or exchange cost.  Customer may return any item purchased online from Fiesta Paper as long as products have not been open or used and have their original packaging and seal intact. Given these requirements, Fiesta Paper shall reimbursethe money bymaking a refund to customer’s account or by a bank transfer according to purchaser’s preference. 

If a product turns out to be different from the one requested by customer due to a Fiesta Paper’s mistake, this shall be returned to origin and customer shall be delivered the correct item without an extra cost to customer.  Should you have to return any item from our shop, please contact our customer service department via the above mentioned options.
